I believe this has to do with the recent changes to page2xhtml.xsl in the
default pub and xhtml2xhtml.xsl in the xhtml module (rev 439367).

fixes bxe_xpath bug
Since <div id="body"> has now been moved to page2xhtml.xsl this patch moves the
bxe_xpath parameter there as well. Old references to bxe have also been
removed from the xhtml and homepage resource types.

Thanks for the patch!
But I'm not sure if it is a good idea to move the bxe_xpath declaration from the
resource type modules to the publication. I wouldn't like to require a
publication to have contain BXE-specific code ...
I'll take a look at it, maybe there is a different solution.

The <div id="body"> is now inserted by the resource type XSLTs (xhtml,
homepage). BXE should work again.
