   Here,  **Month** and **Year** are repeated, not **grouped categories**.
   So that, I want the result **grouped categories** like : http://blacklabel.github.io/grouped_categories/ (Highcharts).
   
   Can you help me, how to build grouped categories? Thanks in advance.
