document similarity

Hi,

 

I have documents directory and need to calculate document similarity.

I had generated sequence files using  SequenceFilesFromDirectory and then
generated SparseVectorsFromSequenceFiles.

Now I have to compute document similarity .How can I do this using mahout
0.4.
