   ## How was this patch tested?
   building ambari,  deploying ambari,
   and `cd /var/log/ambari-server`, 
   checking whether the logs content described in the [AMBARI-25892](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-25892)  are still printed frequently in ambari-server.log
