Jk2 strips terminating '--' from multipart mime encoded form submits

Jk2 appears to not pass on terminating '--' from multipart mime encoded form
submits to the java application, although all data fields are correctly passed
on. This can cause file uploads from mixed content forms to fail for example
that would work when connecting through server:8080 directly.
