### Describe the Bug
TransactionalMessageServiceImpl static field MAX_PROCESS_TIME_LIMIT value is 60s.
transactionCheckInterval value is 30s.
The two value are not equal.
### Steps to Reproduce
If the timer task triggers first, and lasts for more than 30s, the second round will trigger again.
### What Did You Expect to See?
The two value should be equal.
### What Did You See Instead?
The two value are notequal now.
### Additional Context

Hello, @Focus-rth.
I see transactionCheckInterval value has been changed from 60s to 30s, but MAX_PROCESS_TIME_LIMIT is still 60s.
