[jira] [Commented] (ACE-442) REST sessions never time out

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACE-442?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13922221#comment-13922221 ]

Marcel Offermans commented on ACE-442:
--------------------------------------

For the record, there is a REST call to remove the session when you're done with it. You should always clean up after yourself. Nevertheless, it makes sense to use some kind of timeout/cleanup process to get rid of sessions that were not removed by their users.

> This looks like ACE-318 but that fixed only the web sessions. The REST sessions never timeout. So if you create enough sessions, you will run out of memory.
