In HDFS-10939, {{unprotectedSetXAttrs}} was optimized to use IIP instead of path string.
This jira is to do the same on {{unprotectedRemoveXAttrs}}.

No performance test specifically for this is done, but since the optimization is trivial to do I think we should do it to save future effort.
