   @KyrieXu11 Do you have a chance to upgrade to Pulsar 2.10.1 (and the Bookkeeper version that it comes with)? 
   In 2.10.1 there's a fix in the bookkeeper client (used in the broker), that is https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/pull/3110 . 
   
   If you aren't able to upgrade (or upgrading doesn't fix the issue), Would you be able to test if adding a system property `-Dio.netty.recycler.maxCapacityPerThread=0` helps mitigate the issue (add this to brokers, bookies and the client one at a time to see if it resolves the issue)?
