Global Exception Handling as per doc

Hi All,

Was going through the doc about Gloabal Exception Handling (
http://struts.apache.org/2.3.1/docs/exception-handling.html).
I am confused about the order in which <global-exception-mappings> and
<global-results>. As per document <global-exception-mappings> was declared
before the global-results which i believe is not as per the XSD.

Please correct me if i am wrong about this
