Mailing list bug

Why do I receive two of every mailing??

I thought I must have suscribed twice, to I sent an unsubscribe message and
didn't receive any more messages for a couple of days. I subscribed again
yesterday and I'm getting two of everything again!

Does anyone else have this problem?

This happens to me occasionally, maybe once a month, but when it does, it
effects all of my mail, not just this list.
