web service testing with jmeter

Hi,

How do we parameterize the web services method parameters for testing
web services using Jmeter?

Suppose the following is the request SOAP data. I need to parameterize
the <<name>> attribute of the method sayHello()

<soapenv:Envelope
xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"
xmlns:xsd="http:///xsd">

   <soapenv:Body>

      <xsd:sayHello>

         <name>Harinath</name>

      </xsd:sayHello>

   </soapenv:Body>

</soapenv:Envelope>

How do I do this?

Please advice

Harinath
