CVS processing changes?

Has there been any change to the CVS log processing lately? The "PR:",
"Obtained From:", etc fields are getting into the CVS checkin comments on
several of the recent checkins.

I see it on my checkins last night plus several in the 1.3 STATUS file
(from Jim and Ryan). I can't think of anything changed on my end.

Any ideas?
