Hi all,

It's with great pleasure that I announce the acceptation by the Apache board
of the resolution to make Buildr a top level project of the foundation,
marking the graduation of the project from the incubator. Expect a migration
of the mailing-lists, the source repository and the website in the coming
weeks (it's going to take some time, 5 other projects have graduated this
month). However this shouldn't cause any significant disruption.

Congratulations to everybody involved!
