JSON support for Axis2/C

Hi,

With the help of Dmitry, I have ported the ironed out JSON support present
in the unofficial axis2 branch to the trunk.

I had to do some tweaks to make json-c trunk version to work on Mac OS X.

I have run some tests and it seems to be working (tested on Mac OS X). The
patch is available at [0].

A more stable patch is now attached to the same JIRA.
