Bugzilla notifications?

Guys,
 
Is there a way to be notified by Bugzilla when a defect fix is applied to
the Slide 2.1 release branch?

I'm not quite sure that I understand you.

Cvs and bugzilla do not interact I think.

You can add you email to a bugzilla bug (add CC) than you will get a 
mail on every change on the bug.

If you want to be informed on cvs changes, you will get them on the 
slide-dev mailing list. (the committer must be decribed to the list with 
its apache.org account)
