How to Spawn EMR Cluster with Pheonix 3 instead of 2.2 for maprreduce bulk loading

Hi ,

The phoenix version 2.2 does not support map reduce bulk loading. I need 
to spawn EMR with phoenix 3.0 which has this support but I do not
see any option for this.

Please help.
