FOP distribution

Is it beyond the wit of mankind (or Apache policy) to clearly
separate out the current FOP from the old stuff? looking at
http://xml.apache.org/dist/fop/, I see everything back to version 12,
with no formal indication of which is the latest and greatest. Its
fine if you are a human, but if you are an automated update process,
its annoying.
