New Committer Proposal
I'd like to propose a new committer, Jeremy Ford. I've successfully
collaborated with Jeremy on several things (including current effort to
refactor the search service). He's made some significant contributions
already and shows good understanding of Jetspeed. He's also actively
supporting Jetspeed on the user mailing list.
I'd appreciate if the committers would vote on Jeremy this week.

He's written some great features in Jetspeed over the last 6 months.
