There is an issue in war plugin, anyone can fix it ?

in war:init there is an issue : the maven.war.final.name = ${pom.artifactId}.war, where it sould be ${maven.final.name}.war (in order to provide for example a version, as maven.final.name is automaticaly generated)

Can anyone change it ?

<property name="maven.war.final.name" value="${pom.artifactId}.war"/>

should be :

<property name="maven.war.final.name"  value="${maven.final.name}.war"/>

Thank's. (sorry, I guess developper list would be a better place for this kind of post, but I didn't subscribe to it yet...)

Yes I have JIRA accout ('michal maczka')..but I guess I am not in
maven-developer JIRA group...
Would it be possible to include me in it?

This will help me and just me to get JIRA notifications... are there any
particular reasons
why not to forwrad them also to dev list so they become visible for the
other people as it used to be before?

regards

Michal

Michal,
If you have an account on JIRA and are in the maven-developer JIRA group
you should receive mail when certain JIRA actions occur.

I couldn't see you in there though - do you have a JIRA account?

Can somebody configure JIRA so it agains sends notifications to dev list
every
time an issue is rised/closed/etc?

thanks

Take a look at Jira

http://jira.codehaus.org/ViewIssue.jspa?key=MAVEN-384

I realize I didn't take care of that particular problem. You could do
that if easily if you want to. However, if you use that patch, it fixes
a few bugs in the war plugin, like not supporting bundling jar overrides
and such.
