   Good catch.  The default `TriggerRule.ALL_SUCCESS` would result in task getting skipped if **any** direct upstream is skipped. Given BranchPythonOperator should not typically be used with ALL_SUCCESS (it would imply to _always_ skip downstream tasks),  would you mind addressing this in the doc instead of just stating the default behavior? Thanks!
