How to profile a TRaX-XSLT transformation

Hi,
I am a Novice user with Cocoon2. We are doing a xsl transformation from Trax
source. We also need to profile the transformation. I need some info or
tutorial about how to setup the cocoon framework with java and profile the
transformation.
