   ## Contributor Comments
   I have included a message in Alert UI which will display a message `No Data` in these three scenarios:
   
   - When the user freshly arrives to the alert-list
   - When the filtered result is empty
   - When filteration is invalid (only possible in the Manual Query Mode)
