   BTW, we should also fix the places below but I think it would be much easier to fix after we drop Jenkins.

   - https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/python/run-tests.py#L176
   
   FWIW, unittests are currently passed with Python 3.6 in Jenkins (because we don't run pandas API on Spark tests that strictly require Python 3.7+).
