   The filter / filter content is cashed between users.

   To reproduce: 
   1. Login with Admin User 
   2. Generate an Asset 
   3. Register a new User
   4. Logout Admin 
   5. Login the new User 
   
   The new user is not supposed to see the assets as he does not have permissions on it.
