Avalon

	Downloaded and built the xml-cocoon2 branch.  When attempting to use
it the following error occurs:  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org.apache.avalon.Component.  However, when Tomcat was started the first
element of the classpath shown on startup is ApacheJava.jar and the second is
Avalon.jar.  What am I missing?  Thanks.
