### Motivation
### Modifications
Hudi Connector has implemented its own metric system, which is different from Flink's metric.
By customizing hudi's reporter. Report the metric to inlong audit.

There are too many sinkFunctions in hudi-connector. If modify it, you need to add a lot of code, and the development and later maintenance costs are high. It is much easier to extend through the reporter.
