[C++11] Please use `nullptr`!
Hello,
Tomasz Janiszewski kindly started the initiative on the migration to
`nullptr`, and we have closed MESOS-3243
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-3243>.
The existing instances of `NULL` have been replaced with `nullptr`, and any
new or remaining instances of `NULL` are bugs. Please let me know if we
missed any, or if there are any that happen to sneak through during this
transition period.
Thanks,
MPark

No, we left it untouched.
I prepared simple check that could be reviewed here
https://reviews.apache.org/r/48320/
It's far from perfect, but works in most cases. The real solution will be
using clang-modernize.
Best
Tomek

Thanks Tomasz!
Does the style checker now catch NULL introductions?
