Downloads from Apache.org site broken
Clicking the download link from the front Batik page leads to:
/You don't have permission to access /download.cgi on this server./
This seems to be a different problem than the distribution update issue
from last month.

To be clear, this is the Apache page, not the project page.
Here: /http://projects.apache.org/projects/batik.html/
I am not sure if anyone on the project has access to alter that page and
fix all of the broken links, or if it needs to be reported to the Apache
group.
