orw's developer snapshot builds for Windows again ready

Hi,

I have created new installation sets of revision 1229435 for Windows.
You can find them under http://people.apache.org/~orw/DevSnapshots-Rev.1229535/ 
in folder win32.
Compared to the previous ones I have added language pt-BR, a multi-language set 
and the SDK.

Please try them out.
