How to change status of JIRA items?
Upon fixing items for 3.0.3, I would like to set the relevant JIRA items
to fixed. How do I do that? I don't seem to have that option.
Is that something only the JIRA project lead can do?

I've granted both of Paul's JIRA accounts access to the
tapestry-developer group, so that he can be assigned, and can close
and edit, Tapestry issues.

Yeah, Howard has to grant JIRA karma. I asked him for that same
