Thats why the online version of the complete site differs from local version.
The manual is part of the Ant site which is genenerated from sources in xdocs
directory and others (e.g. javadoc).
While there is consens which infos should be put onto the normal webpage (the
newest) there isnt any with javadocs. Which version should be online? The
newest (CVS HEAD), the latest released (1.5.3-1), or what? So there is a page
which sais that and gives a link to the newest javadocs generated by gump.
But that works only if you dont have deep links into the javadocs, like here.
If you have the docs locally that links work.
The process how to generate the site is documented on
http://ant.apache.org/faq.html#creating-faq. Javadocs are generated by the main
buildfile of Ant.
