Cocoon site - PDF images still not workig?

I know David was working on getting the PDF versions
of the http://cocoon.apache.org/ website to try and
work - does anyone know when (if?) they will be
fully functional.

David reported here:

that it was "fixed", but some pages eg.
http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/userdocs/forms/index.html 

are still not displaying images?
