Missing Apache Etch Board Report - moving to Attic

Dear Martin Veith and the Apache Etch community,

Given the lack of activity in the Etch project on all of the mailing
lists, please note that the board is likely to vote to put the project
in the Apache Attic as soon as next month's meeting in June.

Projects in the Attic are still available at the same URLs, but all
resources are made read-only and a notice is put up for users so they
understand that the project is no longer active at the ASF.
