[Bug 92821] when I insert a picture from my desktop into writer, it
failed

NOT reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI /
German locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1558977 - 2014-01-18]" on German
WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.
Preparation: From Writer sample document I saved
"C:\Users\user\Desktop\panda.gif"
Test:
1. from AOO Start Center open new Writer document
2. Menu 'Insert -> Picture from File -> "C:\Users\user\Desktop\panda.gif"
-> Link [Open]
> Dancing Panda picture inserted, no problem
3. Save document.odt in an arbitrary path, Exit AOO
4. relaunch AOO
5. reopen document.odt from recent documents
As expected picture still shown.
Report is much too rare to find out what might have happened (I know a dozen
ways how to "insert a picture" ...)
