This patch includes the new JettyContainer and configuration. It shouldn't be committed as-is, since it removes the catalina config and makes jetty the default, but it can be used to test the updated container. The newer SSL certificate handling in the catalina container aren't supported yet, but persistent sessions are, along with new NIO listeners.
