The apache build process seems to assume that the files in the source tree are
always going to be writable.

* It overwrites at least "modules/ssl/ssl_expr_parse.c" and
"modules/ssl/ssl_expr_parse.h" during a build with SSL support.

* It uses "cp -p" to move files into the apache installation directory more than
once, causing "make install" to fail with "permission denied" the second time
the copy is done.

If the two ssl files need to be in the tree (they appear to be generated from
the .y file), I would suggest that they be named differently and then copied
over as part of the build process.

To solve the second problem, maybe use GNU install instead of "cp"?
