Yes, Alin has already integrated Aether into our runtime assembler based on p2.

Do you plan to also use Aether for Provisio ?
I read at http://www.scribd.com/doc/29909925/Managing-Run-Times-With-Proviso
that
it uses P2 for provisioning, but this may be outdated
