Keeping the DNS in netbeans.org domain was: Upload Maven bits

Hello Emilian,
I'd even argue that once netbeans.org domain gets transfered to Apache, it
is important (for the smoothness of migration) to keep DNS names of certain
IP addresses. For example

hg.netbeans.org
wiki.netbeans.org

shall in my opinion continue to work and point to the same machines, while
they are on. This shall not be done to save Apache any resources - all new
development of Apache NetBeans shall use Apache infrastructure, but these
old machines contain a lot of knowledge and keeping their DNS records helps
us to transfer the important parts of wisdom in an incremental fashion to
the proper Apache infrastructure.

Of course this should be done in an orderly fashion. Not sure once Apache gets the domain if they will agree to this, particularly hg.netbeans.org since that will be like hosting / distributing source code they don't own and somebody will certainly rush to veto this.

I think there are a whole bunch of domains and URLs(!) that would be a shame not to have an orderly migration. Google ranking and general discoverability is going to be terrible if we just drop these domains from the Internet.

I remember a while back I wanted to start an 'Archival Project' to preserve most of what's right now online, but I saw little feedback from the Oracle side on getting access to the data (for example, a bugzilla database dump) and I don't feel like scrapping the whole website myself. Bugzilla of course, also has a ton of historical, contextual knowledge that will be terrible if it goes away -- commits and comments routinely reference bugzilla and much of the meat of understanding what happened is in the bugzilla comments.
