It is relatively easy for someone getting started to find the "Manage Triple Collection" page 

     http://localhost:8080/admin/graphs/

But there is no easy way from there to get the URL for any of the triple collections. 
They often have weird URLs such as 

   http://tpf.localhost/config.graph 

Even when the server has a URL such as http://localhost:8080/

   Having graph names that seem to be dereferenceable when they are not is not a good idea. To futhermore have no 
obvious link to the content is to make the system even more opaque.
