Roller 3.0: new drafts of user and template guides

I completed the Roller 3.0 template guide by adding material for the
$site and $planet models. I also updated the Roller 3.0 user guide by
removing the section on templates, adding a reference to the template
guide and rewriting the planet section to better explain planet setup
and reference the $planet model.
