kvm: Add UnitTests for LibvirtUtilitiesHelper
These were lacking, but this helper is used in various places
inside the KVM code.
Some simple tests to verify the helper is doing what we expect it
to do.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/wido/cloudstack libvirt-unittests
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/1005.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

this is a unit test and will not 'onky' run on kvm. will it introduce the /tmp on windows issue anew?

@DaanHoogland I don't like them either, but these paths are currently hardcoded in LibvirtComputingResource and I want to verify that they don't change and break some functionality.

@wido You'd onky changed a methode name and added a getter. But no Unit test were added right? Forgot "git add ." before commiting?
