   ## Summary
   On the Nucleo-L152RE board there are three SPI devices.
   When choosing SPI1 in MenuConfig, the compilation is successful, but there is no /dev/spi1 device due to missing initializing and register process. So I added registration logic spi device in my PR.
   
   ## Impact
   
   - Added registering logic SPI on /dev.
   - Changes are made to stm32_spisd.c to ensure correct registration of SPI devices.  
   
   ## Testing
   Built successfully and working on real nucleo-l152re board. (only SPI1).
