OO UPDATESE
OO sends a notice, upper right in OO Writer that there ARE updates
available from 4.1.8 to 4.1.9 but when one clicks on the DOWNLOAD
to get that update, nothing happens.
Also you have a Windows 32 but no Windows 8, System type: *64-bit
Operating System x64 based processor* (32 is old).

It should however bring you to the site of Sourceforge to download.
You can download directly from here: https://www.openoffice.org/nl/download/index.html
That will take you to the download on Sourceforge. It is know that sometimes that site freezes and nothing happens. Hitting F5 or clicking the Refresh button in your browser fixes that and the download will start.
Since AOo is only a 32bit application there is no 64bit.
