It would be nice to have a variable that captures the value of the "Fullname"
field of a From: header line.
Maybe the From:comment field as well.

That may not have been what the submitter was asking for.
For instance:
header typical_spammer MESSAGE_ID /<\d{20}($full_name)>/
score typical_spammer 10

has existed for ages, it's in the POD.
