PortCMIS release

Hi all,

PortCMIS should now be in a usable shape. The Browser binding code has 
already been used in projects. The AtomPub binding code is complete but 
fairly new. I wouldn't be surprised if we would find one or two issues.

If nobody objects, I would prepare a 0.1 release and start a vote next 
week.
