How to clear whiteboard by logged in USER

Hi ,

How to clear whiteboard by user who has logged in. While the moderator has
right
access to clear the whiteboard while sharing the files. Why user can;t do ?

        You can try this function in "public restricted room". It will be complete mess if any user will have rights to do anything he/she
wants :)))
Moderator can give particular user "Draw on WB" right, in this case given
user can clear WB
