Configuration Permissions
I just installed Jetspeed 1.4b4 under Tomcat 4.1.18. The initial
screens come up and I can log on, but any attempt to do anything else
returns to the first page as if I am not logged in. This happens to all
of the accounts, including Admin. Does some permission need to be set?

In particular, the page always says:
"You do not have access to these portlets."
