[PR] LANG-1813: Fix ArrayUtils.hashCode Javadoc for null input [commons-lang]

Fix the Javadoc for ArrayUtils#hashCode(...) to remove the incorrect promise that a null input “returns zero”, while still documenting that null is a valid argument.
