Is there any mistake in the feature of notes on ranges in writer?

hi,

In the description of https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=94949
there was an item in the feature enchancement.

- the planned notes on ranges for issue #5487

it will highlight the selection range for the added comment just ike MS
office:

I tested this function at the openoffice of ooo340m1(build:9586),
the test result :
the function does not work.

but the status is " VERIFIED FIXED " in
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=94949

Is there any mistake in the feature or the bugzilla?

I have to admit that it is a mistake in the issue.

This feature has not been implemented yet in AOO respectively former OOo.
